Does anyone know what's going on with the Water-type pokémon?

My Politoed keep croaking at the top of his lungs, my Feebas evolved into a Milotic and is now hiding under my bed, and my Luvdisc keeps trying to jump out the window.

Is this some sort of bizarre mating season?

[The 'Gear feed comes on to a very unique array of pokémon. Yes, that's the proper way to put it.
